How To Lose Weight Fast…

To show you how serious I am about helping you lose weight fast, allow me to give you a few tips right here.

The truth is, most people are confused about how to lose weight. It’s hardly surprising, with so many diet plans available, and most of them contradicting each another.

You will find that the information on this website is evidence-based, tried and test, and I have been using it in consultation for years as a Registered Dietitian.

Everyone has different passions. Mine is to help people achieve health that adds zest to their life. So, here are a few more pointers you should consider as you try to lose weight.

Tip 1) Regulate Blood Sugar Levels

If your blood sugar levels are too high, your body will constantly be going through unhealthy peaks and troughs in sugar levels. That is, each time you eat something high in sugar, your blood sugars spike, then quickly fall once again. On the other hand, when your blood sugars are too low, you will feel fatigued and lacking energy. Ideally you want to remain somewhere in-between, rather than these constant highs and lows. To maintain healthy sugar levels, you need to be eating mostly lean protein and vegetables, with small amounts of fruit, fats and wholegrains.

Tip 2) Stop Counting Calories

Many people think that losing weight is all about counting calories, but this simply isn’t true. Cutting calories, may provide some short-term weight loss results, however it is not a long-term weight loss solution. I know I certainly don’t want to count calories for the rest of my life. Cutting calories too much can lead to starving your body, and that can totally backfire as your body begins to hang onto fat, rather than burn it. You’ve heard this before, but when you cut calories too much, your body begins preparing for a shortage of food, it stores fat as much as possible, and you hit a weight loss plateau.

Tip 3) Avoid Certain Foods

When you sign up to receive your free weight loss guide, you will receive some of the most up-to-date information on the foods to avoid, if you want to lose weight more effectively. Some of these foods include whole-wheat bread, fruit drinks, soft drinks, ‘healthy’ cereals, and so on. Many of these foods actually reduce your chances of losing weight, and can lead to cravings for all the wrong foods. So, sign up to receive the full list of foods that may be hindering your weight loss.

Tip 4) Learn From The Experts

The weight loss journey can be difficult. If it were easy you wouldn’t be wanting to lose weight in the first place, because you wouldn’t need to. That’s why you’re here right? But, by learning from the experts, those who have a trusted following, and a proven track record, you are taking the first big step on your road to weight loss success.
